What is Osteopathic Medicine?

As an osteopathic physician (DO), Dr. Bensinger is fully licensed to practice medicine with the same scope as allopathic physicians (MDs).

Osteopathic medicine emphasizes whole-person care and the body's ability to heal itself, complementing modern, evidence-based medical treatment. This philosophy allows Dr. Bensinger to focus on both the prevention and underlying causes of illness.
